Prerequities for Class:

1) Send Basic Level Certification to info@cpr4lifeusa.com (please do this before you register to assure it is acceptable to the American Red Cross standards).

2) Complete the Online Learning for the Instructor Course - Comes from Salesforce Automation. This must be completed before you can attend class, no refund and no reschedule if this not completed! 

3) Read through welcome email, go through all course materials, and go over what you will be teaching. It is essential to come prepared to learn and to teach.

These Terms and Conditions apply to ALL courses taught by CPR4LIFE USA.

Once you register for a course these Terms and Conditions are applicable to YOU.

CANCELLATION and NO-SHOW:

Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your spot in a class, no portion of the fee will be refunded.  You will receive a cancellation email from Salesforce Automation that your spot is canceled.

No-Shows: If you do not show up for the class or are not seated in the class on the scheduled day, no refund or reschedule will be provided. You will receive a cancellation email from Salesforce Automation that your spot is canceled.

RESCHEDULE:

Please email at info@cpr4lifeusa.com to request a reschedule.

Each student is allowed one reschedule if requested at least 10 days before the originally scheduled course. A $20 reschedule fee must be paid via invoice (PayPal) before we will approve the reschedule.

There must be seats open in the class you want to reschedule into and the course must be held by CPR4LIFE USA (registrations are not transferable between training providers).

ONLINE LEARNING FOR BLENDED LEARNING COURSES:

Following the Standards of the American Red Cross and American Heart Association, any course that requires online/blended learning MUST be done prior to a skills (in-person) class.

You will not be seated in the class if it is not completed. No refund/No reschedule.

First Aid CPR AED Instructor Course Basic Certificate Prerequisite:

The Basic Level Certification is DUE NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE the scheduled class! Failure to provide the certifcation WILL result in NO REFUND AND NO RESCHEDULE and Not allowed to be in the class. 

REGISTERED FOR WRONG CLASS:

Please check with your respective employer, human resources point of contact, or college program director or admissions representative, to confirm the correct class BEFORE you register. Cancelation policy applies once you register. This is your sole responsibility to make sure you are in the correct class before you register.

EMERGENCY SITUATIONS:

ALL Emergencies are at the discretion of the Owner of CPR4LIFE USA and are not guaranteed to be allowed a reschedule or refund. 

LATE ARRIVAL:

Our classes start and end on time. For this reason, late arrivals are NOT allowed. You will be considered a no-show once class starts. No refund or reschedule will be provided.
